Charted Manifesting is operated by Captain Boomies, LLC ("we," "us," or "the app"). We respect your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
- Account information: your email address and password, managed securely through Supabase Authentication. We never see your raw password.
- Your reflection: the conversation you have with our guided intake, including the wish, outcome, obstacle, plan, values, and tone you share, in your own words.
- Generated content: the personalized affirmation script and audio file created from your reflection.
- Subscription status: whether you have an active Premium subscription, managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
- Device-local preferences: your reminder frequency, time of day, and pause settings are stored only on your device and are never sent to our servers.
How We Use Your Information
- To generate your personalized reflection summary, affirmation script, and audio.
- To deliver the reminders and notifications you configure.
- To manage your account and subscription.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use your reflections to train any AI model.
Third-Party Services
We share only the minimum data necessary with the following providers in order to operate the app:
- Supabase, for our database, authentication, and file storage.
- An AI language model provider, to power the reflective conversation and generate your script.
- A text-to-speech provider, to render your script as audio.
- Apple, Google, and RevenueCat, to process subscription payments — we never see your payment card details directly.
- Our email delivery provider, for reminder emails, if you opt in.
Data Retention & Deletion
You can permanently delete your account at any time from Home → Delete Account inside the app. This immediately and permanently deletes your conversation, profile, generated audio, and subscription records from our systems. This action cannot be undone.
Children's Privacy
Charted Manifesting is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If this policy changes, we'll update the date above and post the revised policy here.
