Charted Manifesting is operated by Captain Boomies, LLC ("we," "us," or "Charted Manifesting").

The Service

Charted Manifesting offers a guided reflective conversation and, for Premium subscribers, a personalized affirmation audio track and reminders based on that reflection.

Not Medical or Therapeutic Advice

Charted Manifesting is a self-reflection and motivation tool, not a substitute for professional mental health care. It does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. If you're in crisis or experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services (in the US, call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).

Subscriptions

• Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, at the price shown at the time of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase, and again at each renewal.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings — we don't have the ability to cancel it on your behalf.
• We don't process refunds directly; refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.

Your Content

Your reflections, and the script and audio generated from them, are yours. We use them only to provide the service to you (see our Privacy Policy) and don't claim ownership over your personal content.

Acceptable Use

Please don't use Charted Manifesting to submit harmful, illegal, or abusive content, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the service.

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Home → Delete Account inside the app. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Charted Manifesting is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
